2. Account Creation and Usage

2.1. Account Requirements

To use the platform:

• You must be over 18 years old or have institutional authorization
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for account security
• You must not share your account information with third parties

2.2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Using the platform only for legal purposes

• Using emergency notifications for real situations
• Respecting the rights of other users

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• TAKOM logo and brand cannot be used without permission

• Commercial use without a license agreement is not allowed
